Bonace strongly believes in this saying and adopts a process driven approach to enhance customer satisfaction.


Standard of Conduct

We conduct our operations with honesty, integrity and openness, and with respect for the human rights and interests of our employees. We shall similarly respect the legitimate interests of those with whom we have relationships.

Employees of Bonace

All our employees are committed to a working environment that promotes diversity and equal opportunity and where there is mutual trust, respect for human rights and no discrimination. Bonace respects the personal dignity, privacy and personal rights of every employee and is committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Therefore, employees must not discriminate on the basis of origin, nationality, religion, race, gender, age or sexual orientation, or engage in any kind of verbal or physical harassment based on any of the above or any other reason Employees who feel that their workplace does not comply with the above principles are encouraged to raise their concerns with the HR Department.

Business Partners

Bonace is committed to establishing mutually beneficial relations with our suppliers, customers and business partners. In our business dealings we expect our partners to adhere to business principles consistent with our own.

Public Activities

Bonace encourages to promote and defend their legitimate business interests. Bonace will co-operate with governments and other organizations, both directly and through bodies such as trade associations, in the development of proposed legislation and other regulations which may affect legitimate business interests. Bonace however neither supports political parties nor contributes to the funds of groups whose activities are calculated to promote party interests.


Bonace believes in vigorous yet fair competition and supports the development of appropriate competition laws. Bonace and its employees will conduct their operations in accordance with the principles of fair competition and all applicable regulations.

Business Integrity

Bonace does not give or receive, whether directly or indirectly, bribes or other improper advantages for business or financial gain. No employee may offer, give or receive any gift or payment which is, or may be construed as being, a bribe. Any demand for, or offer of, a bribe must be rejected immediately and reported to management. Bonace accounting records and supporting documents must accurately describe and reflect the nature of the underlying transactions. No undisclosed or unrecorded account, fund or asset will be established or maintained. Employees shall not be influenced by receiving favours nor shall they try to improperly influence others by providing favours. Employees may only offer or accept reasonable meals and symbolic gifts which are appropriate under the circumstances, and they shall not accept or offer gifts, meals, or entertainment if such behaviour could create the impression of improperly influencing the respective business relationship. When assessing the situation in light of the above, employees shall consult the policy applicable in their Market. If no such policy is available, they shall apply the most restrictive local practice in order to avoid even the appearance of improper dealings. When in doubt, the employee shall seek guidance from his or her Line Manager or the Legal or Compliance Function. No employee shall offer to or accept from any third party gifts taking the form of any of the following, whatever the value involved: – money – loans – kickbacks – similar monetary advantages.

Conflicts of Interests

All employees and others working for Bonace are expected to avoid personal activities and financial interests which could conflict with their responsibilities to the company. Employees must not seek gain for themselves or others through misuse of their positions. Employees must never engage in fraudulent or any other dishonest conduct involving the property or assets or the financial reporting and accounting of Bonace or any third party. This may not only entail disciplinary sanctions but also result in criminal charges. Employees shall safeguard and make only proper and efficient use of Bonace or its client’s property. All employees shall seek to protect Bonace as well as client’s property from loss, damage, misuse, theft, fraud, embezzlement and destruction.

Compliance – Monitoring

Compliance with these principles is an essential element in our business success. The Bonace Management is responsible for ensuring these principles. The Managing Director of Bonace is responsible for implementing these principles and is supported in this by the other Management personnel. Day-to-day responsibility is delegated to all management personnel. They are responsible for implementing these principles, supported by vertical Heads.

Compliance– Reporting

Any breaches of the Code must be reported. Bonace will not criticise anyone for any loss of business resulting from adherence to these principles and other mandatory policies. Provision has been made for employees, the “Whistle Blowers “to be able to report in confidence and no employee will suffer as a consequence of doing so.
